Inspired by Rubik's Cube, I designed a power strip, which contains a timer, by switching the two parts into opposite direction to make the timer working. The time marks are printed on the top of the bottom part. So once the user switch the power strip, the marks could be seen from the top, and they are exactly the curves projected by the curve surface of the upper part in different positions.
